Stomach Infrastructure Continues In Ekiti As Fayose Gives Rams To Muslims

Muslims in Ekiti State will have a joyous Sallah celebration as Governor Ayodele Fayose has distributed rams to them while stating that he is doing it as a demonstration of love and support and nothing more.

There had been a communique signed by the state’s Assistant Secretary, League of Imams and Alfas, Quadri Oguntuase, ordering Muslims in the state not to collect rams and other food items for Sallah celebration, if presented to them in any form by the government.

However, a counter statement later on came from the General Secretary of the League, Abdulrazak Adenipekun. The rams were shared in the Government House, with Fayose re-iterating that said he won’t allow himself be dragged into playing politics with religion in the State.
