The commissioner of police in Ogun state, Abdulmajid Ali, has given a shoot at sight order for cultists and ritualists in the state.
According to reports from Premium Times, the order came yesterday after parading 23 suspected criminals at the State Police Headquarters, Eleweran, Abeokuta.
However, he said the shoot at sight order will not amount to extra-judicial killing because the intention of armed criminals is either to kill or maim.
