A mother in Ghana is suing her son's school after his teacher used cellotape to seal his mouth for talking too much!
They are also asking for outright dismissal of the teacher and compensation for their son as well as the cost incurred in moving him to another school.
Francis said the teacher used cellotape to tie him tight to a chair and the whole class was laughing at him in his pain and when his aunt came to pick him, she had to use her teeth to free him.
The victim's mother, Yvonne Annan Forson Samson says her son has never been the same since the incident which is why she is demanding justice.
