Lawyer Sues President Buhari Over Fuel Scarcity In The Country

As we gradually seem to accept the prevailing fuel scarcity in the country, a Lagos lawyer has decided to sue President Buhari over this matter.

According to reports, Kabir Akingbolu has dragged President Buhari before a Federal High Court over his failure to make adequate provision for the production and supply of petroleum products to all citizens at regulated prices.

In the suit, Akingbolu has the Attorney General of the Federation, AGF, as the second defendant and he is contending the failure of the president to act by making the petroleum products available.
