Kylie Jenner Plans To Celebrate 18th Birthday Eighteen Times?

Well that is the question on my mind as I saw pictures from another "official" birthday celebration for the baby of the Kardashian/Jenner clan, Kylie.

She has already marked turning 18 first in the US and Mexico and the 3rd time now in Montreal, Canada where 18 is the legal age for drinking alcohol.

Kylie rocked two outfits for this celebration and obviously enjoyed herself. Lets see where next she will be celebrating her 18th birthday as 3 down 15 to go?
