Justin Bieber was seen looking all buff at his recent performance  at the Billboard Hot 100 Music Festival in New York.

He started off fully clothed but as he got into action, he stripped off his shirt to the joy of his many female fans.

Justin who has been pumping iron relentlessly in an attempt to beef up his frame definitely looked toned and terrific.
