Contrary To Reports, Kim Kardashian's Book, Selfish, Is A Success Says Publisher

After initial reports surfaced earlier today that Kim Kardashian's book, Selfish was a flop, the publisher has come up to deny the reports.

Speaking with US Weekly, the publisher said the Nielsen Bookscan number of only 30,000 copies represents a very small segment of the overall sales.

According to Executive Director of Publicity at Rizzoli, Pam Sommers, the book is, in fact, a significant success story as a benchmark of the phenomenon of self-portrait in the digital age.

She says the book which was released in May is now in its fourth printing, with total trade sales of approximately 125,000 copies, domestic and international and they even had to switch from an Asian printer to an American one to shorten the delivery time to meet robust market demand for the book.

Kim Kardashian's book, Selfish is a book with multiple shots of her in different provocative poses.
