I honestly don't understand how celebrities in the U.S think they can get away with not paying their taxes and the recent culprit is rapper, Clifford Harris popularly known as T.I, who owes the federal government more than 4.5 Million Dollars in unpaid taxes.

Reports from Daily Mail indicate that the IRS have filed 2 tax liens against him for unpaid taxes for 2012 and 2013.

Meanwhile, according to People with Money Magazine, he was one of the top ten highest paid rappers for 2015 with an estimated combined earning of 75 Million Dollars. So why owe the government?
