Reconciliation process has started in the APC Following the lingering crisis over the emergence of the new leadership of the National Assembly.
A peace meeting held yesterday in Abuja after the National Executive Committee, NEC, meeting and although full details were not given to newsmen, Imo State Governor and Chairman of the Progressive Governors Forum, Rochas Okorocha said the party will make full disclosure next week.
Meanwhile a positive sign was when Saraki, Dogara, Lawan, Gbajabiamila and Aminu Tambuwal all beaming with smiles told journalists that the feuding lawmakers have accepted to lay the dispute to rest and to embrace each other in order to ensure that APC administration succeeds.
This might also be connected to the plea made by President Buhari earlier in the day at the NEC meeting that they do away with pursuit of selfish interests and join hands with each other to address the daunting task of delivering on the promises made to the people.
