American rapper, DMX is going back to jail as he was sentenced to 6 months behind bars yesterday for failure to pay child support.
The 44 year old was sentenced to serve time in the Erie County Holding Center, according to a report by WIVB-TV in Buffalo.
Confirming his arrest, a New York City Sheriff's Office spokesman said that DMX, is the father of 12 children and has $400,000 in unpaid child support at the time of his arrest.
Unfortunately, he was meant to perform on the 25th of this month at the Shaggfest 2015 music festival in Virginia Beach and Shaggfest creator, Brandon Stokes has taken to social media to announce that DMX is no longer in the lineup.
