Governor Nasir El-Rufai Of Kaduna Appoints Special Assistant With A Disability

Kaduna State Governor Nasir El-Rufai might just become the Governor of the year(just kidding) as he has appointed a physically challenged person as one of his Special Assistants.

Aliyu Muhammed Salisu who is said to be blind, has become the Special Assistant on Persons with Disability  and this was confirmed by the media aide to the governor, Samuel Aruwan.

The new Special Assistant is a member of the National Association of the Blind and has worked at the Kaduna State Rehabilitation Centre. He also holds a Diploma in Special Education from the Kaduna Polytechnic and another Diploma in Guidance and Counselling from the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria.
