To mark the Id-El-Fitr celebration, the federal government has declared Friday 17 and Monday 20 July, 2015 as public holidays.
According to the permanent secretary, Ministry of Interior, Abubakar Magaji, who made this known today, all Muslims are urged to extend the spiritual benefits of Ramadan, which include love, peace and sacrifice for the development of the nation.
Oh well...I work in media, there is never any public holiday for us *sigh*
