When local authorities in India refused to fix a bad pothole on the road, a visual artist from Bangalore came up with a very "snappy" way of getting noticed by the local authorities.
Baadal Nanjundaswamy created a fake crocodile and placed it in the 12-foot long pothole which was formed around a month ago when a water pipe burst at Bangalore's busy Sultanpalya traffic junction.
Many people had made complaints prior to this but nothing was done, however after the crocodile appeared there, the pothole was filled the next day!
Hmnnn....can this work in Nigeria? With the rate at which there are so many bad roads especially in Lagos, abeg, how many crocodiles will we need?
