It seems like the battle line has been drawn between Super Eagles captain and goalkeeper, Vincent Enyeama and the Nigeria Football Federation, NFF.
This is because he refused to turn up and face the NFF Disciplinary Committee yesterday after being called to come and explain his supposed provocative remarks when he expressed his concerns about the safety of Kaduna, ahead of the Eagles’ Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Chad.
According to reports, this obvious snub of the NFF might affect his international career as he has set a bad precedence for the team and that will come with a big penalty.
Meanwhile Coach Stephen Keshi who showed up to defend himself, over an alleged application for a Cote d’Ivoire job, claimed he did not know Enyeama was also summoned.
