If you are still thinking that DSTV might reduce their 20% increment anytime soon, you better forget about it! This is because a Federal High Court in Lagos has ruled that they have the right to increase their subscription rate.
Justice Chukwujekwu Aneke has struck out the suit filed by some aggrieved subscribers challenging the company’s recent increment on subscription.
According to the News Agency of Nigeria, NAN, Justice Chukwujekwu Aneke, ruled that the suit amounted to an abuse of court process.
He further ruled that the suit disclosed no reasonable cause of action, as the plaintiffs are not under any obligation to continue to subscribe to the services of DSTV in the face of the increment.
That is to say....if e too cost for you no use am again(Lol)
