Singer, 9ice Blames Poor Quality Of Recording Equipment For The Loss Of His Voice

We all know gone are those days when Abolore Akande popularly known as 9ice used to be a hot item in the music industry.

Unfortunately, since his hit debut Gongo Aso album and the break up of his marriage to Toni Payne, things just seem to have gone downhill.

Personally, it is very painful for me because I absolutely loved the Gongo Aso album and practically knew all the songs on it. I also liked the fact that 9ice used to sing with a lot of Yoruba proverbs and sayings which helped my Yoruba speaking improve(Lol)

However, in a recent interview 9ice says he has lost his voice which is now cracked and doesn't sound too sonorous but what shocked me the most was that he also blamed the recording equipment in the country for him sounding wack sometimes.

Hmnnn....so what happened to the other musicians that have been using these same Nigerian recording equipment over the years and are still very relevant till today? (*justasking*)
