Signed, Sealed & Delivered! Buhari Gets Official Certificate Of Return From INEC Chairman!

Wow!!! APC's Muhammadu Buhari, winner of the just concluded Presidential elections has just been issued a Certificate of Return by  INEC. 

Atahiru Jega, chairman of INEC,  handed the certificate to Muhammadu Buhari, and the vice president-elect, Yemi Osinbajo. 

Speaking after receiving the certificate, Buhari said change has finally come and the long night has passed in Nigeria.

I guess its safe to say its a done deal right?
