It is indeed sad at the way so many people are being killed by terrorists for a religion they believe or have chosen to follow.
Right now in Kenya, it is a day of mourning as over 147 students are dead from an attack by the Al- Shabaab militants yesterday.
It was indeed doomsday in Garissa University College, located in a small town, about 90 miles from the Somali border where nothing much usually happens.
According to reports from CNN, a day after this gruesome attack, there are still bodies on the school grounds waiting to be transported off and one of the medics said most of the victims had been shot from behind in the back of the head.
At the airport, students are gathered in large groups and waited to be flown out to their hometowns. The education ministry has closed their school indefinitely.
Yesterday, Al-Shabaab gunmen stormed a Christian prayer service, where they killed some and took others hostage. They then went across campus with them, shooting non-Muslims and sparing Muslims.
What exactly is going on worldwide with all these killings bordering on religious intolerance? May God help us all and may the souls of the departed rest in peace.
