Nigeria's new President-Elect, Muhammadu Buhari received his Certificate Of Return yesterday from INEC chariman, Atahiru Jega.

This is the final official proof of his victory at the just concluded presidential elections.

And yes....our darling Jega's signature na one in town(Lol) Jega remains another hero in the eyes of many Nigerians for his cool composure and countenance during the course of the elections and of course his poker face which never reveals any emotions.
