Although the results have not been officially announced, but Nollywood actor and director, Desmond Elliot has reportedly  been celebrating his victory early.

The actor representing Surulere 1 constituency for a seat in the Lagos State House of Assembly, under the APC was spotted celebrating with his fans in the area.
