A little warning before you start barging out of the house early in the morning, on the last Saturday of the month as Lagos state government says restriction of movement during the monthly sanitation exercise is still in force.
Last month, there had been a high court verdict nullifying the restriction of movement but now, according to a post on Lagos State Government page, a federal high court has granted a stay of execution judgement today.
What this means is that, until the appeal by the state govt is heard, the nullification of restriction of movement cannot be enforced.
In other words.....no movement from 7am till 10 am on the last Saturday of every month.
