People are insinuating that something is wrong somewhere between top comedians, AY and Basketmouth.
They are both big brands in the industry and there are rumors that there is rivalry between them based on ego issues.
According to reports, Basketmouth was seen at the venue of AY's annual Easter show but after exchanging banters with fans and taking pictures with some, he got into his car and left without attending the show.
Meanwhile in an exclusive chat with Saturday Beats, Basketmouth denied the rumour saying he had no problems with AY or his show.
However, when asked why he left the venue without attending the show, he said it was because he was not billed to perform and that he had another gig on that day and that it was just a coincidence that he was even at the venue of the show.
Another of his answers which I personally found suspicious was when he said "The way we think in this country is very funny. You go to the market to buy a Mercedes and hope to get a Rolls Royce engine, it is not possible. They sold a product and said that some people would perform, so why should people expect that I would be there? "
