There is obviously nothing that drug peddlers won't use to hide and smuggle their drugs out of the country. Premium Times reports that the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency, NDLEA, have arrested a man smuggling over 35Kg of Cannabis hidden inside popular sausage roll brand, Gala.
33 year old Friday Ogbonna, was arrested at the Murtala Mohammed International Airport, Lagos, during a screening of passengers on their way to China.
According to NDLEA chairman, Ahmadu Giade, the arrests were made following intelligence reports and intense covert operations by the agency.
