Jimi Agbaje, PDP governorship candidate in Lagos, is challenging Governor, Babatunde Fashola, to present the receipt of the make-up tax the politician is supposed to have paid after being publicly accused of evading land use charges on his business premises.
He insists there is no truth to this and that Governor Fashola is peddling lies and that his JayKay Pharmacy is not owing any tax.
In a statement by his Director of Publicity, Felix Oboagwina, this weekend, Jimi Agbaje called on the Governor to produce the alleged proof of payment.
