Fashola Asks Nigerians To Shun Violence But Wait Until Their Votes Are Counted

Is it just me or is Governor Babatunde Fashola of Lagos State suddenly very vocal on political matters in recent times?

While speaking at an interactive session with youth groups and students at the Muson Centre in Lagos, he urged the youths to make sure they defend their votes and charged Nigerians generally, to vote out the APC, presidential candidate, Muhammadu Buhari if he fails to perform in his first term if handed the mandate on the 28th of this month.

According to reports, he also asked people to vote for performance, stating that those who were first given the mandate and failed to perform should be kicked out through the ballot box.

However, he asked people not to be violent while defending their votes but that they should wait until their votes have been.
