Nigerian politics just keeps getting interesting by the day as there is so much drama now going on between APC's Bola Tinubu and Daar Communications Plc, parent company of African Independent Television (AIT).
According to reports, a couple of days ago, counsel to Tinubu, demanded 20 Billion Naira as cost of damage done to the reputation of Tinubu after a documentary titled, "Unmasking The Real Tinubu" was aired on AIT.

Reacting to this, Mike Ozekhome’s chambers on behalf of DAAR communications declared that AIT, in transmitting the documentary was only carrying out its constitutional responsibility to uphold the fundamental objectives of the constitution.
It states further that the documentary merely shows that Bola Tinubu generally breached various portions of the Nigerian constitution.
DAAR communications now wants a complete withdrawal of the letter and an apology to be published in at least 4 leading national newspapers and 4 television stations, which must include NTA, Channels and AIT.
They also ask for the sum of 100 Billion Naira as damages!
