It is not unusual to see very rickety and beat down vehicles still plying our roads and causing an hazard to other road users.
In a bid to curb this and further reduce road traffic crashes across the country, the Corps Marshal and Chief Executive of the Federal Road Safety Corps, FRSC, Boboye Oyeyemi has read the riot act to operators of such rickety vehicles plying the nation’s highways.
According to him, the FRSC will start a nationwide prosecution of owners or operators of such vehicles and this will commence on the 1st of March, 2015.
