Borno State Government has declared today a work-free day for the visit of APC presidential candidate, Muhammadu Buhari to the state.
According to the Secretary to the State Government, SSG, Ambassador Baba Ahmed Jidda, this gesture is to enable residents welcome Buhari to the state for the presidential rally.
Governor Kashim Shettima also enjoined all Borno residents to come out en masse and line up the streets to welcome the presidential candidate.
