The plot thickens as the Senior Special Assistant to President Goodluck Jonathan on Public Affairs has declared 1 Million Naira to any Nigerian that can list 10 achievements of APC presidential candidate, Muhammadu Buhari in or out of office.
He made this known while during an interview earlier this week on Silverbird TV at a programme "Nigeria Decides".
