According to reports from the Vanguard newspaper, the Lagos State Police Command has sealed off a house in Isheri Oshun area of Lagos State, where some kidnappers allegedly keep their victims until a ransom was paid.
Located at 18, Odeniyi Ishola Street, Off Bola Road, Isheri Oshun, the house was sealed after the Police raided the place and rescued a kidnap victim, Alhaji Fashola Hammed.
The occupants of the two-bedroom flat, his wife and younger brother were arrested but the landlord fled after one of the victims was released. The couple who lived in the house with their 3 children usually keep victims gagged and chained in their toilet.
They confessed that their role was to keep the victims and take care of them until ransom was paid.
