This is just sadly hilarious...yes I had to put those two opposing words together because of singer, Emma Nyra's outfit to the Soundcity Urban Blast festival where many artistes like the Mavins, Wizkid, Iceprince and Wande Coal shutdown Lagos with their various performances.

I need your honest opinion on this outfit or should I call it underwear? I wish Joan Collins was still alive to see this!
