I came across this campaign poster recently released by the former Governor of Bayelsa state, Diepreye Alamieyeseigha who was impeached in 2005 after being charged with money laundering in the United Kingdom.
Infact, there were rumours that he jumped bail in December 2005 from the UK by allegedly disguising himself as a woman, although Alamieyeseigha denies this claim.
Infact, after his impeachment, President Goodluck Jonathan who was his deputy at the time became the governor of Bayelsa state. Now he wants to go for a senatorial position? Hmnnn.....still trying to wrap my head around this. What do you think.
