Wow! Super Falcons Receive Almost 3 Million Naira Cash Reward Each For Winning Championship

This is surely the best of times to be a female football player(*putsonsoccerboots*) as each player of the Super Falcons team has received almost 3 Million Naira each for emerging winners of the African Women Championship. The Nigerian female football team beat Cameroon 2-0 in the finals in Namibia last week and won the trophy for the seventh time in a row.
According to the General Secretary of the Nigeria Football Federation, NFF, Musa Amadu, their rewards have been handed to them at a ministerial reception for the team in Abuja.

He confirmed that for the group stage matches, each lady got 3 Thousand Dollars each, for winning the semi-finals, 4 Thousand Dollars each and for lifting the cup, 5 Thousand Dollars each!

These cash reward is outside of their camp allowances...so who is going to train at the stadium with me??Lol
