If you are a fan of American actor and producer Tyler Perry's larger than life female character Madea, then you will be happy to hear that you can now watch her in cartoon form.
Tyler Perry has partnered with Exodus Film Group to produce an animated series based on his signature character, Madea, who is an opinionated, larger-than-life African-American woman.
He says this idea came up after
receiving thousands of letters from parents saying how much their
kids love Madea and realizing that a lot of the plays were not actually kid
friendly. So the 'Madea-toon' is more appropriate for children and the first edition has been released with the plot being Madea trying to save the youth center from being shut down and she gathers local kids together to help make it work.
