Actress turned reality TV star, Tori Spelling was seen leaving a Calabasas Medical Spa with her face looking like this after a facial procedure to make her look prettier.

According to reports, she had a chemical peel, a microdermabrasion facial and had her eyebrows waxed in a procedure that is said to cost around $4oo.

Well, why I even took time to put this up on my blog is to ask why do we go through such obvious pain just to look beautiful? What length eould you go to look pretty? Is it not all vanity?
