President Buhari Urges Ministry Of Education To Include Islamic Books In Curriculum?

I am still trying to close my mouth but reports from This Day newspaper say President Buhari has urged the Ministry of Education to include two Islamic Studies books in the secondary school curriculum for all Federal Government Colleges.

He gave this directive in Kaduna while launching the reviewed editions of the books written by the late Justice Muhammad Bashir Sambo which were first published in 1974.

The president was represented at the launch by Governor Nasir el-Rufai of Kaduna State who said such books had become essential in the face of declining moral and religious values in the country.

Hmnnn....I just hope it is for only students studying Islam. Oya over to una.
