34 year old heavily pregnant Kim Kardashian was seen going about her mommy duties yesterday as she took her daughter North, to a birthday party.

Clad in a skintight dress that showed of her growing baby bump, Kim also stuffed her feet in high heels.

Hmnnn....from the look of them though, it seems like her feet are kinda swollen or is it just me?
