There have been many reports on how rapper, JayZ's Tidal music streaming company has been struggling to stay afloat so it was good news that this week, songbird, Rihanna a surprise premiere party for 80 lucky Tidal Subscribers.
The party was to debut her latest music video B***h Better Have My Money which has already garnered over 8 million views and rave reviews from fans in just a few days.
For the event, the 27 year old chart-topping songstress blindfolded the chosen subscribers aboard a private bus to an undisclosed location, where she welcomed them by yelling: 'Thank you for allowing me and Tidal to kidnap you!'
Fans were contacted via e-mail to take part in the intimate event, and had no clue that they would be the special few to view the hotly anticipated visual imagery and even meet Rihanna herself at the invite only event which held at the Bob Baker Marionette Theater in Los Angeles.
However, that same night, Rihanna surprisingly debuted the music video publicly on YouTube instead of sharing it exclusively on Tidal, like Beyonce and Nicki Minaj.
