Move over Governor Nasir El- Rufai as Anambra state 
governor, Willie Obiano might just be the Governor of the year.

This is because he has announced the increase in salary of state workers by 16%.

He made this known during the Civil Service day celebration in Awka the state capital yesterday July 30th.
