In a case of the past coming to catch up with someone, the popular family show, 19 Kids and Counting has been cancelled by American TLC network.
This is due to child molestation accusations against one of the stars, Josh Duggar when reports emerged that he had molested several underage girls as a teenager.
According to reports from the Daily Mail, news of Duggar’s past indiscretions leaked during the week of his past indiscretions. However, the now 27 year old, who is now married with 3 children, immediately issued a statement apologizing for his indiscretions which actually occurred 12 years ago when he was a teenager.
It is so sad considering the fact that the show, 19 Kids and Counting is one of the cable channel’s biggest brands and has been on air since 2008 and is in its 15th season.
The show has also helped the Duggar family who have been on speaking tours, raking in millions for the 2 parents, 19 children and 4 grandchildren.
