It is indeed a miracle that there were any survivors from the bloody and gruesome killings of almost 150 students of the Garissa University, Kenya by the Al-shabaab.
Cynthia Cheroitich is indeed one lucky lady as she says she hid in closet in her room covering herself with clothes. Unfortunately, her 2 roommates who hid under their beds, were found by the gunmen.
Speaking with CNN, Cynthia says the gunmen told them to read to them in the Muslim word and whoever couldn't was killed.
The 19 year old student says there was shooting everywhere and for 2 days she didn't budge from her position in the closet due to fear and unable to get to water, she had to drink body lotion.
I guess this could only have been a miracle and somehow in the midst of all this terror and bloodshed, God allowed Cynthia survive.
