Reports already making the rounds is that President Goodluck Jonathan has already made a congratulatory call to APC's Muhammadu Buhari.
This is all while INEC is on another break collating results from the last state which is Borno which has been the major stronghold of the dreaded Boko Haram sect.
Meanwhile TVC reported that Jonathan called Buhari to congratulate him on his victory and Chude Jideonwo who works for Buhari has also confirmed it via Twitter.
