If your excuse for not wanting to participate in the upcoming election has been that you haven't collected your Permanent Voters Card, PVC, then this is good news for you.
INEC has announced the extension of the distribution and collection of the PVCs to the 22nd of March .
The distribution was initially scheduled to end today, but reports indicate that major cities in areas like Ogun state are still lagging behind which has necessitated this extension.
According to the chief press secretary to the INEC chairman, Kayode Idowu, this latest extension will offer the last opportunity for duly registered persons to collect their PVCs before the general election scheduled for March 28 and April 11, 2015.
