The ability to rise up from a
negative hand that fate has dealt you comes from refusing to stay down or
feeling sorry for yourself. The truth is if you can psyche yourself up to rise
from the circumstances things can actually turn around for you.
For 17 year old Charlotte Robinson
that is exactly what she did and she is now smiling to the bank to show for it.
She was born with a rare disorder called hemangioma which made one of her legs
shorter than the other.
In a bid to correct it, she had to
wear a large leg brace for over a year and at that time she couldn’t put on her
pants (underwear). However, in that period just lying around and not being able
to walk, she started sewing to keep herself busy and she came up with the idea
of Snap-on Underwear which you can put on without pulling them up your legs.
These kind of pants which she has labelled 'No Guts,No Glory' are useful for
people who struggle to put on their pants the normal way which is one leg at a
time. It is also useful for people that have had surgery and can’t bend to put
on their underwear.
