Heritage Bank & Enterprise Bank Get Final Approval On Merger By Court & CBN

The Federal High Court has approved the scheme of merger between Heritage Bank and Enterprise Bank alongside final approval of the Central Bank of Nigeria.

According to reports this was confirmed by the Managing Director/Chief Executive, Heritage Bank, Ifie Sekibo who says the stage is now set for them to achieve the vision of a bigger and better Bank that offers world class banking services designed to help customers to create, preserve and transfer wealth.

He also added that with this acquisition, the new Heritage Bank will be better positioned to offer unparalleled banking services which spread across over 200 branches, 177 ATMs, 57 Cash Centres and 2000 POS Terminals in 26 states.
