It is really a funny but serious matter when a company supposed to be keeping people's passwords gets hacked itself!
Yesterday, LastPass, an award winning password managing service that helps people remember their password, announced that hackers broke into its computer system and got access to user email addresses, password reminders, and encrypted versions of people's master passwords.
However, LastPass said the hackers didn't manage to grab plain text versions of the all-powerful master passwords but the encoded versions of people's passwords.
Meanwhile, Cybersecurity experts have reacted strongly to the news as they always supported using services like LastPass as an elegant solution to keeping track of multiple passwords.
