According to reports from This Day newspaper, the Major Oil Marketers Association of Nigeria, MOMAN, importers and storage companies say the federal government is still owing them more than N200 Billion in subsidy payments.
This development has led to the chaos in the oil industry which has had a ripple effect in other sectors of the economy.
