Governor Ayo Fayose has not wasted anytime in making new political appointments into his cabinet following his swearing in ceremony yesterday in Ekiti.
According to a press statement issued in Ado Ekiti today by the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Idowu Adelusi the appointments take immediate effect.
Modupe Alade is now the Secretary to the State Government (SSG), Idowu Adelusi as Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Owoseni Ajayi as Special Assistant to the Governor on Legal Matters, Kayode Oso as Special Assistant to the Governor on Works and Infrastructure, Sola Owoeye as Special Assistant to the Governor on Protocol, Sola Olowookere as Personal Assistant to the Governor (Abuja), Toyin Ojo as Special Assistant to the Governor on Finance and Lere Olayinka as Special Assistant to the Governor on Information and Social Media.
Now the one that really got me out of all these appointments are Sunday Anifowose as Personal Assistant to the Governor on Special Duties and Stomach Infrastructure and Sunday Omosilade as Personal Assistant to the Governor on Domestic Matters.
Stomach Infrastructure? Like seriously? what does that even mean? Well, the new governor of Ekiti state has said he is already grooming the Christmas chicken and bags of rice for his people.
He also said that he will keep relating with the people and in his own words: “I am the governor of your imagination, the governor that drinks agbo jedi and eats boli with you,”
